Overview

Yiliao is the flagship enterprise instant messaging product developed by Chengdu Jingtum Technology Co., Ltd. It is purpose-built for SMB teams, project squads, and individual professionals. We have rebuilt the IM experience around two core principles: communication efficiency and data security. While preserving familiar IM interaction patterns, Yiliao adds end-to-end encrypted transport, isolated local storage, multi-device real-time sync, and tight integration with enterprise organizational structures.

Yiliao is not a social network — it is a workplace tool. We focus on solving the daily pain points of work communication: important messages don't get buried, files have no size limits, group chats follow a clear org structure, and your conversation data belongs to your enterprise — not to us.

Core Features

  • Rich-media messaging: text, photos, voice, video, files, and emoji — files up to 2 GB per transfer.
  • Groups & org chart: create project, department, or ad-hoc groups; managers can sync the company HR/OA org chart so new hires auto-join the right groups.
  • Recall, forward, favorite, quote: recall a misfired message within 2 minutes; favorite key messages to your personal cloud; long-press to forward or quote-reply.
  • In-app translation: built-in Chinese/English translation for cross-border teams.
  • Read receipts: per-message read/unread status in both 1:1 and group chats so important notices are never missed.
  • Multi-device sync: real-time sync across iOS / Android / Web — switch devices without losing context.
  • End-to-end encryption (E2EE): messages are encrypted in transit and at rest; keys never leave your device, so the server cannot inspect content.
  • Bots & integrations: integrate OA, finance, and HR systems — payment notifications, approvals, check-in, and more aggregated into IM.

Security & Privacy

Messaging apps carry users' most sensitive content. Yiliao is built with the following safeguards:

  • Registration collects only the minimum needed (phone or email); we strictly comply with China's Personal Information Protection Law, Cybersecurity Law, and Data Security Law;
  • Chat content is end-to-end encrypted; encryption keys never leave the device — the server only relays ciphertext;
  • Users may request account deletion at any time; backend data is purged within 7 business days;
  • We do not sell or share user chat content with any third party;
  • Regular third-party penetration tests; critical vulnerabilities are patched within 24 hours.
